General Rules:


- Membership shall be open to all the communities.

- Members must abide by all applicable rules and regulations of the forum.

- E-Board members shall be elected trough secret ballot and will serve for a   term of one year.

- All paticipants shall respect others opinions during the Live-Forum or Post-  Forum.
Article I

The President: The Chief Executive Officer of the organization. He is responsible for all organizational meetings, and call special meetings that  He/She deem necessary. The President shall serve as the official representative of the organization. He shall be responsible for all actions of the organization and maintains close contact with the E-Board, and shall be prompt in bringing any matter of importance to it!

Article II

The Vice President: Shall serve in the abscence of the President and exercise all the rights of the President. The Vice President shall take direct orders from the President and report to the President before making any decision for the organization.

Article III

The Secretary: shall serve in the abscence of both: the President and the Vice President. Responsabilities includes: Taking attendance and records when in session, maintains all correspondance and keep accurate Up-to-date list of voting members of the organization. Record all Funds activities or transactions made by the Tresaureureur

Article IV

The Tresaurereur: Shall handle all finnancial transactions of the organization, and keep records of all revenues and all expenses. Shall demonstrate effective work in handling cash or checks to better accomodate our assets. He/She shall be responsible for all funds lost or stolen. 

Article V

Public Relation Director: Shall be responsible for  promoting all events of the organization. The Director shall serve as an Ambassador between the committee and the community. He/She shall take us to the communities and bring back the community to us. Also shall handle all recreational activities and make sure all programs sponsored by the organization are well advertized.

Article VI

The Secretary Assistant: Shall serve in abscence of the Secretary. Shall assist the secretary in all duties mentioned above.

Article VII

The Tresaurereur Assistant: shall serve in the abscence of the Tresaurereur. Shall assist the Tresaurereur in all duties included above.

Article VIII

The Counselor: Shall serve as a member of the E-Board to overlook the organization, to guide and to advise on all decisions pertaining to the organization. 

~Important Notes~

 All members of the E-Board must report on time to all  meetings called by the President!
